Thriving Seattle

The Puget Sound region is a coastal area of the Pacific Northwest in the state of Washington, including the surrounding region roughly west of the Cascade Range and east of the Olympic Mountains.  The urban region is centered on Seattle and consists of nine counties and six cities (including Bellevue, Tacoma & Everett).  Home of the Seattle Seahawks, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Costco, Amazon and many other Fortune 500 companies, the area is a breeding ground of new high tech startups, biotech research and experiencing a new wave of regeneration.
