Our Story
Established in March 2014, American NW Regional Center is an affiliate of PFHC LLC (The Group), an privately held company with over 47 years in the hotel management and construction in the Puget Sound region.
We currently only sponsor the Group's own qualified EB-5 projects, as we know our own financial soundness, the industry and cities we operate in. With nearly forty years in the real estate and hospitality business in the Seattle area, we are meticulous in our project designs and executions.

To ensure that ALL investors will ultimately receive their Permanent Residency (Green Card), we have selected and partnered with top industry experts (accountants, immigration lawyers, economists, securities lawyers) to ensure quality offerings for our clients towards achieving this goal.
