We would like to take this opportunity and share with you on the latest development of our Seattle Residence Inn Marriott University District project.

Residence Inn Seattle University District had already opened on January 22, 2016. We held our celebration party of Chinese New Year on February 6, 2016. Our guests included former Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna, EB-5 investors, and our peers from the business community. They were excited to explore our hotel while enjoying delicious food and the live band. We also invited professional immigration attorney Nelson Lee who introduced the recent updates on immigration for our guests. By sharing the success of Residence Inn, our PFHC Inc.’s president Paul Pong explained about the construction and hotel development. We topped off our celebration party with a relaxing and joyful prize draw.
西雅图万豪居家酒店已于2016年1月22日试营业。2月6号我们在酒店举办了一个盛大的迎春派对。我们邀请了包括华盛顿州的前总检察长Mr. Rob McKenna，参与酒店投资办理投资移民的客人，还有商界的朋友欢聚一堂庆祝酒店开业和中国新年。客人们兴致勃勃地参观了崭新落成的酒店，一边品尝酒店厨师长制作的精美点心一边欣赏现场乐队的精彩表演。派对还特意邀请专业美国移民律师Mr. Nelson Lee介绍美国投资移民的最新情况，华盛顿州中国商会会长Dr. Mark Wen介绍近期西雅图地区来自中国的投资热潮，集团的总裁Mr. Paul Pong彭先生介绍了酒店建设和投资移民项目运作的历程并和大家分享成功的喜悦。派对在来宾抽奖的欢快气氛当中圆满结束。
