As of July 1st, 2015, American NW Regional Center has received notification from USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) that our University of Washington Marriott Residence Inn EB-5 Phase I Project exemplar has been officially approved.

根据移民局的操作流程，项目范本正式审批后各位投资人的I-526审批将进入快车道，恭喜参与项目投资的各位投资人！

In accordance with USCIS, the I-526 application process and approval of each investor should be expedited moving forward. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our participating investors!

The construction of Phase I development is progressing swiftly. Target Grand Opening date is September 2015. Our Phase II project, conceptual design, EDG (Early Design Guidance) has been approved by City of Seattle DPD. Currently we are working on MUP (Master Use Plan) permitting process. With the overwhelming success of Phase I project received by investors, we have met our investment quotas within less than a year.
